"Being a mother is learning about strengths you didn't know you had, and dealing with fears you didn't know existed." -Linda Wooten
22 | 365 Today may be day 22 of Project 365, but is only day 2 of Project Potty-Train-Mason. It is going about as well as I can expect... lots of undies, laundry, waiting, candy and cheering. It may be exhausting for me, but it is a very difficult change for him as it is some of the first responsibility he has ever really faced. I am so proud of how well my big-little boy is handling it all.
Side note... I have never really been one of those mother's that becomes saddened at signs of my children growing up. Yet, this one is affecting me... pretty bad.
I'll just continue cheering him on with tears in my eyes.
They grow up too fast.
23 | 365 Boudoir marathon weekend! We took advantage of the night out and got a bite to eat. These are my favorite... Strawberry daiquiris. Yum!
This is another VSCO Cam picture. Great smart phone app. Check it out!
24 | 365 Night 2 at the hotel. Kicked back and relaxing to some Big Bang Theory. Not something we get to enjoy often with two very little children.
I have to admit... I am not a huge fan of this image. I was not in the mood to take any more pictures after 2 full days of constant shooting. This image shows my lack of motivation, but I am bound and determined to stay on track with my 365 Project. So for day 24, I slacked a little, but I still got a picture. I am ok with that.
25 | 365 Grandpa was bored so we went to visit. You don't stay bored very long with these munchkins around.
26 | 365 Today he wanted to eat his lunch on the couch. I didn't argue. For the little boy who began potty training only 6 days ago and already seems to have it whooped... he can pretty much get whatever he wants from mommy and daddy right now.
I find his lunch and his tiny feet extra adorable today.
27 | 365 Meet Auntie Manda. This woman loves my children as if they were her own. We are so grateful for her. XOXO!
28 | 365 So, about that plate I begged you not to tip over. I think we'll stick to dumping your food on the table for awhile longer.
